Tri County Home Investors LLC (TCHI) provides a clean and wholesome environment for those seeking affordable housing.
In the present real estate market, where costs and rents are rising much faster than income, TCHI is pleased to provide a source of affordable apartments in what we call our own community of neighbors. We take pride in offering a tranquil and quiet place where one may find comfort in the knowledge that they feel more secure than most other “affordable housing complexes”. All properties feature surveillance cameras in common areas (not monitored 24/7) and off street parking.
Tri County Home Investors, due to its owner’s own military experience, is committed to helping provide permanent housing to our nation’s heroes. This is accomplished by working closely with veteran’s agencies and the Veteran’s Administration. Furthermore, TCHI has established a unique relationship with Broward County Housing Options to assist in the end of homelessness in our community.
